What this means to me
MY MISSION
- I am an retired ER Nurse with a great family who supports my mission & knows how important it is to me. I have been making these thin blue line paracord bracelets since Feb 2015, the LAPD lost Officer Nick Lee, Officer Chris Cortijo & Officer Roberto Sanchez between March-May 2014, then after the senseless murders of 2 NYPD officers on 12/20/14, it was too much, I had to do something. They will never be forgotten by me & I wear a dog tag with their pictures everyday.
The Big Picture
The idea behind this is when officers see other officers with my paracord bracelet on, knowing that 1 person made them for all of them, that it will show them how important they are to society & how much they are Loved & Appreciated.

When I saw on the news that Det. Ramos & Det. Liu were killed just because of the uniform they wear, I felt sad, angry & concerned for my local officers & decided to publicly support them & show them that I care & that they Matter.
